Yabb 2.4 to SMF Converter

I'd like to defray some of the cost (of hiring a programmer on Elance.com) to get the YaBB 2.2 converter (for SMF) to work against a YaBB 2.4 installation. The converter does work now; some known issues:

• The converter still references YaBB 2.2
• "Most Online Ever" isn't updated
• YaBB avatars aren't moved
